• Label is Pendleton, made in U.S.A (Portland, Oregon) with 100% pure new wool in a tartan plaid in navy blue, black and wine red.
• Classic, Scottish kilt-style, mid-length skirt with uncommon and subtle paisley design
  
• Sits fitted at the high waist and flares out mid length past the knee. Pleated all the way around, with side zipper and button closure.
